Sew Me Something - Celia Top

Celia is a simple tunic top with bust darts for some shaping but remains a relaxed and comfortable fit. The set-in sleeves end in a soft, deep frill and echo a similar frill at the hem. Frills of course are optional and can be included or left off depending on your mood.
