At Hollies Haberdashery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and textile purchases. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused, resaleable condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
